Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

I love this app! It was recommended on a podcast and it just makes writing reviews for customers so easy. I have an automation setup for reviews through my email provider but Stamped.io actually helped me get my first reviews out of 200 customers. Customer service responds very fast too! HIGHLY recommend this app.

So far very easy to install and use. The basic review feature is robust and has been super useful. Definitely a solid app.

The app works great, and the Customer Service is impeccable. They respond quickly, and usually are able to take care of things right away. We love Stamped.io!!!

We just moved our existing e-shop to shopify and needed a solution for reviews and loyalty. I think nowadays it is a must. The system works very well and it also helps to minimize manual work. That's very important. The learning curve is there. Backend is a little confusing at times so it takes quite some effort to get everything running, but once you do the systems are good. Also hands up for their customer service! Very fast and they actually THINK! This is rather rare =D They solve the problems fast and are there for you is you need them. More in depth review will follow after we have used the app for a longer time with actual customers.

We just installed this app to encourage and display our customer reviews. So far all is terrific. The price to start is fair and the amount of customization options is impressive. We got stuck a couple of times during the install but the customer service was fast, thorough and extremely helpful! So far we have only been live for a few hours and positive reviews are popping up all over the site. I believe that this will boost conversion rates significantly. Great app!

The customer support is GREAT! Very fast responses and the issue I had was solved in no time. The interface of the app is userfriendly.

I asked many questions and they were patient and be able to respond me quickly. Stamped is very useful. Although it's not perfect, it's pretty good compared to other apps. Expect them to develop better and better.

This app was a huge step up for us from "Product Reviews" - biggest problem we needed solving was sending post-purchase emails where they could rate their product right in the email and this app does it perfectly!

We would 100 percent highly recommend this apps for businesses looking for a simple and intuitive program with excellent customer service. We had a great experiences with Blake and Elvis. Ideally, apps/companies with lots of customers lack in customer service experience, but these guys reply very fast, and answer every question thoroughly. Blake came out of his way to address an issue with our Senders Email, and offered us a free solution. Don't waste your time on another apps and just go with these guys.

This app functions well. I love that I'm able to "set it and forget it". Review requests go out to customers automatically.
