App is user-friendly! I like that it is directly connected through Shopify and they can give you support on this app.

Does what is advertised fairly well, but could use some more quality of life - such as being able to port reviews from one product to another without having to reach out to support directly.

It has been very easy to set up. I have high hopes for this app. I even upgraded my plan during set-up.

I have only just begun using this app. I had to delete a couple others because they were too difficult to get to function properly. Hopefully this one will be different

I like the app so far, but I do not like how most features are not available without paying for an upgraded account.

It works, but a little too much and hard to integrate with Shopify Reviews. Was hoping to simplify.

I like this app. I feel like there are a few technical issues with loading, layout and functionality. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I would like to see more user friendly version. However, I am pleased and happy with it and the customer service is great.

It's good! I would love more filtering options to more easily find reviews for ads, emails, etc. I also think their email pricing is a bit steep - around 3 - 4 cents per email send when going through your ESP is likely tenths of a cent.

A little confusing to work but overall a great app - a requires a bit of a learning curve. also overlaps with functions of several other apps i already have installed, so don't love that. But i would recommend overall!

Too early to give 5 stars (one week using app) but so far so good. Customer service has been great, prompt and productive. Was able to reach out to previous customers who placed orders and received 16 reviews in one night. If things continue like this I'd give it 5 stars.

This app has helped us collect customer reviews. We used to use the free Shopify one, but this is bringing much better responses! (customers actually write reviews regularly now. They didn't used to before...). Their support are very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Have only had the app for a week. Customisations need a developer but the basic features are great and so is the customer service after installation.

We do have basic customization options on the app which will cover most of our users' needs, but any advanced customizations will require some CSS coding knowledge. The app is very easy to use from a shop admin point of view and also for our customers. We recommend this app for easy management of your reviews. Improvements that would make it more user-friendly for the shop admin: 1. Being able to add hyperlinks to refer customers to a specific URL. 2. If the app could create review links for individual products. It has a feature where one can do that, but if you have many products and variants it is a nightmare to do this manually.

Customer service are great and fast which are the most important factors when I'm getting an app. Although there are limitations in regards to design and automation set up, its a decent app for the price it offers. Will recommend to people!
