I am currently using the free plan and am pleased with the results so far. I was able to send emails to customers that purchased prior to me enabling the app and have already received two responses. As I continue to grow, I look forward to expanding my utilization of the app.

I was nervous to install this app as I am not very tech savvy at all. I have been blown away by the customer service, I needed help with quite a few things and the online service has been exceptional. People have always gotten back to me in a quick time frame, have been polite and very helpful and fixed everything I needed help with. I am exceptionally pleased! Thankyou!

I am just getting started with the app and I see it has functionality but some is too advanced for me. So I have had to write for help and so far help has been really good. Its quick and they actually help you fix it. Wish they had phone lines.

Great customer service! Stamped's help desk responded quickly and solved the issue had with delayed syncing of the review management to our product details page within a couple of hours.
