I have been using the app for about 1 year and it's great. It's very easy to use on my side and for the customers to fill out the reiews. I have contacted the support a few times and they have been amazing, Highly recommended

Very responsive customer support. Answered very quickly and thoroughly, which is appreciated as not all Apps can or do respond in this way. Went out of their way to not just give instructions, but to actually create the page I was looking for. Thanks guys!

The review widgets look fantastic and the feature set is complete from what I've seen so far. Installing the app and configuring it has been pretty straight forward. I needed some support a couple times to make some tweaks the how the widget displayed and their support was very good. They got back to me in under an hour and their answers and help was spot on the first time. I would definitely recommend this app and company.

Best reviews app by far, pricing is fair and you get a lot of reviews. It's also really easy to use. Edit: After upgrading my plan to use some of the more advanced features it's been impossible to add them, customer service don't reply Edit: Customer service contacted me and helped me with the installation of all required features

As for non-English users, the localization (I18n) has been not fully implemented on this app such as the review widget, but I asked the support team and quickly received a response that how to modify the theme. Aside from that, we are highly satisfied with this app.

Great app and awesome support. Just got it and had an issue, contacted costumer service and they replied within an hour and issue was solve right away.

Honestly, this is the best review app out there, and I've tried a few like Loox. But Stamped is so much more customizable and has a great automated workflow for sending review emails out and giving customers discounts. The team also helped customize the widgets to my site and were extremely quick/helpful. Couldn't recommend them more!

I recommend Stamped to anyone who asks. Mercifully, it just WORKS consistently (and if you have used certain other reviews platforms, you know that isn't always the case). Support is very responsive and helpful.

I have been using for 2 years in the background collecting reviews without any issues at all. I never had the need to contact customer service until today and they delivered in record time. I wanted to share my reviews on two similar product pages, but could not figure out how to do it. The CS agent Tarn, came to my rescue and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Thank you!!

A pretty versatile app. It lets you import old reviews pretty easily. The customer support is very helpful and responsive as well.
