I've been using this app for a while now and am so delighted at the ease of use and how fantastically responsive and helpful their support is! It is pretty rare these days to fund such great app support that understands what is asked the first time around, as they were able to fix my website tweak on their end within a day and spared me from having to dig into code. Really Happy! It is a great option from all the ones I've looked at and the customer reviews they provide my store really helps customers to provide feedback. 5 Stars!

We have used a free version of the App before so we know it works well but have now upgraded to one of their paid for plans. The code is easy to install and the App is fairly intuitive to set-up. Where we did have queries they were answered promptly by the support team and they even installed some code for us and tweaked some functionality. I have to say the support has been first class unlike some Apps or Themes I could mention! 100% recommended.

One of the most helpful, if not most helpful, apps and teams I've utilized for my store. Very responsive to emails, hands on help adjusting reviews on my product pages, and really addressing clear answers to my questions and navigating me optimized solutions to getting the most of my customer reviews. So far, I'm thrilled. I just started using the app a couple of days ago, so I can't review it's full functionality yet. But I can definitely review the customer service! I've sent three emails with questions and got answers to every one within just a couple of hours. I really appreciated their prompt response, and my app is now all set up and ready to go. Bring on the reviews!

I've had this app for several years. It's one of the few where support hasn't withered away to be replaced by AI searches and bots. Humans get back to you in a reasonable time with solutions.

Great value, and got every feature you would want! Lots of other options out there that cost much more money, but I don't see why you would look anywhere else. Super responsive support as well!

Stamped.io is a great app, I don't know any other way to get reviews from customers and it is all automated. Their customer service is also outstanding, very quick to resolve things.
