Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

I switched from Yotpo to Stamped and can't tell you how happy I am with that decision. Not only is Stamped easy to use, integrate and beautifully designed - but what really sets this software apart is their customer service. Any time I have a question or need help their support gets back to me within hours, sometimes minutes - even on weekends. If you are considering a review app Stamped is your best option.

Good functionality, was easy to install. Great and fast customer service. I would really love if you guys can sync reviews from other channels like Etsy, not manually upload them all the time. Anyway the app is good, I'm recommend.

The application has been a pleasant surprise, since it allows you to request reviews in a very simple but powerful way at the same time. In addition, the support team has always supported me with the doubts I have, and they have even given me tips to better maximize the potential of the application. We have been using Stamped.io for our reviews and loving it. I had some issues with transferring our reviews to a new site, and the team at Stamped exceeded my expectations. Not sure how I can put into words how well this app has worked for us. It’s allowed us to email customers automatically after 3 weeks of purchase to offer them discount on next purchase when they leave a review. The reviews coming in have made sales increase to new customers, and also made the existing ones feel rewarded for their loyalty. The app was easy to install and i customised the colours to suit our site... and emails too. I have now got a good collection of reviews so I have created a dedicated reviews page on the site too which automatically showcases our items. I have probably only scratched the surface of the app’s capability and haven’t used all social features yet. All I know is that our conversion rate on the site is now at 13% and a month ago we were at 9%. I would also like to thank Kaushik at stamped for delivering some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. He went out of his way to help me with an issue coding the colours of the reviews when I embedded them into a 3rd party search app... who had left me to my own devises.

This app is essential for your business. Really boost your street credit up plus great customer service. Its a win win!

Excellent app and really awesome customer service even on the free version! Lot's of possibilities to customize and seems fully compatible with the Shopify Product Reviews app too.

This is the most customizable app I have found. I love that as a new business they aren't locking basic settings under the free plan, then I can upgrade once my business grows. Customer support was quick and super helpful. I highly recommend!

Working great so far, easy and customizable. The interface took me a minute to figure out but now it's easy. Looks good on my store webpage. And it allowed me to send it to past purchases which I was looking for.

Customer service has been responsive and helped us import our reviews from our previous app. They created a great reviews page for our site.

The app is easy to set up and maintain. Great value on the free plan. You can even upload a photo to a review manually if your customer has already provided one.

The app does what we wanted but more importantly the support was there when needed. I had a few questions that were answered and the also fixed a few issues we had. For us not having to spend ages sorting out issues is important and this is where good support plays its part. many thanks
