We've been a customer since about 2017 on the Reviews product. A lot of features have been added over that time. We recently went through a theme upgrade and I forgot to re-add the script to the theme.liquid, their tech support resolved the issue quickly. They're a stable and reliable partner for your business.

We've been using Stamped for the past couple of years and although the app is not perfect, they're pretty damn great, including their customer support. No tickets remains unsolved, no matter how technical it gets.

I had problems setting up my reviews but Arjun at Stamped gave me excellent advice and assistance. Each time I got confused he carefully explained how to do things. I would recommend Stamped particularly for the support given by Arjun.

Phenomenal product. Been using them for 3 years now. They continuously update. And their customer service goes above and beyond. They've literally done coding for me related to the app, which is crazy nice. Highly recommend. And the price point smashes others like yotpo out of the water

Great app. Been using it for several years. After upgrading my theme and needed support, Eslam support staff was very prompt and professional in making needed changes.

We are pleased with Stamped Product Reviews. It was easy to set up and adds so much value to our site. It was very slow when we started but they have released some updates that have improved the speed a lot. Their support team are very responsive and they have a proactive account team who reach out to help as well.

The product is great, however if you have an issue with billing you will go around in circles with shopify and stamped. Just be aware if you sign up and start paying you may end up paying for a product that you don't get. Both parties will say that the other is at fault. So far I've paid well $1000usd and received only the free package. Normally I wouldn't write a low star review however after trying for months to get a resolution I haven't been looked after.

Great app! It's very user-friendly and works beautifully both aesthetically and functionally. The support team is also fantastic - they have always had a fast response time to tickets, and Samantha was able to resolve an issue we were having very quickly.
