So far, I'm thrilled. I just started using the app a couple of days ago, so I can't review it's full functionality yet. But I can definitely review the customer service! I've sent three emails with questions and got answers to every one within just a couple of hours. I really appreciated their prompt response, and my app is now all set up and ready to go. Bring on the reviews!

I've had this app for several years. It's one of the few where support hasn't withered away to be replaced by AI searches and bots. Humans get back to you in a reasonable time with solutions.

Stamped.io is a great app, I don't know any other way to get reviews from customers and it is all automated. Their customer service is also outstanding, very quick to resolve things.

My experience with this app and its staff have been really amazing! Been using this app since I started my store. Its really everything you need when it comes to gaining reviews from your customers. I love how it can send monthly emails to your recent customers to gain more reviews. Above all, customer service is incredible. They always get back to me crazy fast and go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. Awesome app, ran by awesome people.
