App was very easy to use and the best of all customer service was on point. Stamped's customer service team was able to help me import reviews that took multiple tries but they were very fast at responding and assisting. Highly recommend this tool!

Excellent support from the team for the set up of this app on our store. Great app for a much better price than all of the competition out there! So far so good, definitely recommend

Similar or better functionality to the other review apps but your money goes much further and the Customer Support team is incredible! Highly recommend!

It's so nice to automate requesting reviews from our customers - saving us so much time! UPDATE TO OUR ORIGINAL REVIEW - Adding excellent customer service as a 5 star review. Based on our original review (listed below) the feedback from the Stamped.io Team showed us that they did have the capability we were hoping for. Just updated our setting and are even happier with this app. And we are using the FREE option. NICE JOB! Original review: It's so nice to automate requesting reviews from our customers - saving us so much time! Our only suggestion would be if we could have the first item in the e-mail be for the most expensive item in the order or from a ranking of collections that could specify... Most of our customers create a review for the first item listed in the e-mail and don't go back to review the rest of the items. (Not the apps fault we know but it is the result we see.) We sell children's special occasion clothing and customers end up writing a review for the $7.95 pair of socks rather than the $100 First Communion dress...

Attractive design, well thought out customisation and EPIC support! We installed this about a week ago and have been working with their support team to set it up for our needs. Support has been quick to get back to us and has always gone over and above to help sort things out. Highly recommended!

I love this app! Quick and easy to install, fantastic customisation with various website page placement choices that looks great on both desktop and mobile! Would highly recommend for all Shopify stores!

We tried the usual ones before but this beats them all. Easy to use, beautiful and modern. Great support, even when we still were on the free version.

Their support is amazingly fast. Had a glitch on my site where the rating wasn't appearing on the thumbnail/collections page. They solved the issue within minutes. Great app to use for reviews - you can easily moderate and its easy to navigate within Shopify. Highly recommend!

Easy to use and feature rich! Only gripe is that as a small business we can't afford the higher tiers so have to get by without some of the features

I've tried several Review apps on Shopify, this is easily the most customizable, and at the same time user friendly to me as a shop owner working on a tight budget. The staff is very responsive and helpful, would highly recommend.

Customer service was amazing, very prompt and helpful and helped me fix issues quickly. I would suggest making the app more user friendly though with clearer instructions for the lay person to figure out on their own.

This app is fantastic! It makes collecting, auditing and publishing reviews a breeze! The support is second to none. Every time I have had a small problem, the issue has been rectified within 48 hours. I recently upgraded to the rewards and loyalty and this has massively helped with returning customers and customer engagement. If you only get 1 app for your site, makes sure it's Stamped!
