Very helpful in getting customers to write a review of the products they bought from our store. Fairly easy to use and has many customization functions. Support is also prompt and very helpful. Overall, very happy with the product.

They have been easy to use and helpful when I have reached out for assistance. I appreciate being able to easily post reviews to my website, add pictures, and send review emails to customers.

Stamped is a full-featured and easy to use reviews app with helpful documentation and a quick and skilled support team. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We are really happy with this app. It met all our requirements & the interface is very user-friendly. The support we have received has been excellent & the developers have been so helpful as we initially needed a few tweaks. Very happy!

I love it, it works really well. My only gripe is the free version cuts off after 50(?) orders. I am a tiny store and I only get about 2-4 reviews per month. It took me about a year to get to the 50 orders in a week (over Christmas) but I just can't warrant paying even the lowest plan for only 2-4 reviews a month. I wish I could pay a lower price that reflected how many reviews I actually get... I will watch out for lower priced plans in the future :)
Hello PS I'm Vegan, Thank you for your review and feedback! Stamped actually sets the monthly limit according to the number of orders in which review request emails are sent out, and this limit is at 50 orders for the free plan. Once your limit is reached for the month, review emails will pause sending and accumulate in the queue. The review emails will resume sending: 1. On a new month when the limit is reset at the start of each month 2. When there's a greater order limit due to an upgrade Reaching the monthly limit will not affect any other functionalities for the app, including the display of reviews via our list of widgets in your store. Stamped.io has a lot of great features that make it easy for an e-commerce brand that's just starting out to get started with posting reviews. Best part is their responsiveness to any and all questions I have. I get a detailed response to any questions I have within an hour, even on the weekends. Best customer service of any app on Shopify.

Fantastic app and the service when you require help with the app in any way is fantastic! I came back to this app and needed help to tweak the widget and with my billing, both departments helped and are helping with incredible service and speed.

The team is so responsive and helpful with any challenges that arise. We really like stamped and feel it was a strong upgrade when we switched from Yotpo.

App is great. I wish there was more flexibility in what is shown on some of the display widgets (e.g. choosing to show 'country' for review). Support team has been helpful since day one and also on more one-off requests.
