Customer service was amazing, very prompt and helpful and helped me fix issues quickly. I would suggest making the app more user friendly though with clearer instructions for the lay person to figure out on their own.

This app is fantastic! It makes collecting, auditing and publishing reviews a breeze! The support is second to none. Every time I have had a small problem, the issue has been rectified within 48 hours. I recently upgraded to the rewards and loyalty and this has massively helped with returning customers and customer engagement. If you only get 1 app for your site, makes sure it's Stamped!

Top notch customer service. The Stamped.io team has been excellent about responding quickly and has been able to answer every question and request I've had. The app adds professional and easily customizable review sections to our website and helps automate the process of gathering reviews from past customers.

We use this app for managing customer reviews and posting to web pages, social media etc. It is fab, in fact the app is so feature rich we haven't had chance to explore the full potential of it. Seamless integration into store, platforms etc, and the support is excellent.

This app is superior to any other product review app i've ever used. I'm getting reviews on nearly all my sales. I had a review app on my store and it didn’t do very much. Didn’t allow photos, didn’t have an ALL REVIEWS capability, etc. so I went on a Shopify forum on Facebook and asked for recommendations. I tried one of the top apps that has a lot of great reviews, but when I installed it it looked funny so I contacted their support team. They told me I would have to delete my custom font in my theme for it to work right. So I deleted that app. Tried a couple of others, they’d didn’t work right either. So another big recommendation from the Facebook group was this one. I installed it and pretty quickly the Stamped team helped me get it up and running great! So far I’m really happy with it.
