I used this app together with their Loyalty and Rewards. Works well perfectly for my website. Prompt response from the team and appreciate their initiatives to advice us on the implementation. Great layout, functions, display widgets, customization and ease of setup. It provides all that we need!! Highly recommend.

I love this app ! I was looking for a way to capture Customer Reviews on our website. I wanted an app that was easy to use, looked nice on the site and had features like Social Sharing of the reviews. This app does all of this and more. I highly recommend Stamped.io !

I added this app to my site so that customers can leave product reviews. I'm really happy with how easy its been and the clean crisp layout. I had some questions and they replied right away, definitely worth using.

new update (October 2023) THEIR SERVICE HAS BECOME PATHETIC! THEY CANT RESOLVE A SIMPLE PROBLEM. OUR TEAM HAS BEEN COORDINATING BUT THEY AREN'T ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS. update- after complaining they did respond, thank you. THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO US AFTER SUBSCRIBING TO THEIR MOST EXPENSIVE PACKAGE. BEWARE BEFORE YOU PAY THEM SO MUCH !

I use this app to automate the reviews process for our ecommerce website. It's good to know that emails are being sent to customers automatically to request reviews, and that the reviews are displayed right away on product pages. Super easy to use and really quick and helpful support from the app developers.

Just switched from Shopify Product Reviews and I don't know why I didn't switch sooner! Thanks to extremely attentive and capable support I was able to fully migrate over 200 reviews in just a few hours, and they helped install widgets and badges on product, collection, and homepage. Intuitive interface, excellent functionality, and superior customer service! There is nothing to not love about Stamped.io Product Reviews.

Honestly this is one of the best apps I've discovered. If you have 16 stores they get a tad expansive, but that is expected. Their support is best in class. Honestly this is a product every webshop needs.

Although there were some communication issues and different consultants attending to the same issue, we eventually still managed to resolve the issue.

App feature was good when I first stared using this app back in 2020. Now, there are many other review apps that have better features at much lower pricing. Also, I asked for customer support since my v2.0 theme wasn't showing review widgets correctly. However, their responsibility is poor, I had been waiting for many days now, and still no reply. Now, I decided to change review app to others. But exporting reviews are so difficult, since all photo review URLs cannot be exported. If you are looking for review app, and reading this comment, I strongly suggest you "don't use this app."

I think this is the best app I have ever come across in my Shopify Life! It is truly amazing and the Customer Service is just beyond. Even if you don't need a review app (which you do!) you have to install Stamped.io! If there was a 10 star rating, I would give 11! LOVE!!!!

The way this app tallies reviews is silly. 5 days into the month and we were already at our 3500 review limit. Apparently, we have reviews from September still pending scheduling. You can never get caught up or start at zero because of the way this app adds. I dont even want reviews from 2 months ago. This structure does not serve the customer and ensures you always have to upgrade. I have no idea how to get reviews on current orders because the app is still spending reviews from September.
Hello there, Thank you for your feedback. The order limit are calculated based on the number of review requests sent for each successful order. If you’ve reached the limit on the plan, you would actually be able to increase your sending limit by upgrading to a higher tier plan that will meet your sending needs. However we do actually provide 3 months of history orders sending without any additional charges (: Our support team will reach out to to assists you with this swiftly. Thank you.
