I migrated themes and needed help to get this reinstalled on my new site. The customer service was prompt and got me going right away. I even asked for a minor tweak for the stars to show up near the title and the developer went in and made the adjustment within minutes. Thank you!

Stamped provides a good service for a good price. Their customer service is what's really exceptional. I wish they did video reviews for the mid-tier price, as when you're just starting out video is really important but you're not making enough revenue to justify the higher tiers. One of my biggest issues is how slow their integration is, and how sometimes things don't update unless they clear their DB cache or you have another review submitted. Overall I'm quite pleased. Frankly, less because of the interface (a bit clunky and outdated, hard to customize) and more because of the incredible customer service. Top notch, instant response and VERY clear and helpful.

The free version is amazing. If I had enough customers to require a paid version, I would still consider it well worth it. Slick UI and multiple options to choose from. Thanks you for making a great free version!

Stamped has been wonderful! I've been using it for the last several weeks and it works seamlessly with my Shopify website. The process for my customers to leave a review is simple and user friendly. I also like the fact that I can customize my stars, widgets, etc.

Easy (enough) to use back-end interface. Allows you to create an excellent review experience for your customers. The Klaviyo integration really takes things to the next level.

HUGE fan of Stamped. Stamped offers all the same great features everyone else does but at around 1/4th the price, maybe even less. Support is great, features are great, price is great, design is great. 5-stars all around. If you're looking for review software, go with a company that has no annual contracts, like Stamped. If you're not happy, you can always switch to someone else later, but after almost 4 years on Stamped, I can say its doubtful.

It really is a must for e-commerce sites; the integration with other apps (like Slack, for instance) is also very useful. Stamped has helped us a lot.

Good reviews drive sales. Stamped.io is easy to use with prompt technical support. Best of all, Google "sees" the reviews.

My experience with Support has been zero. They reply with template responses. Forget trying to reach them on the phone. They charge premium prices and do not offer phone support.

This app makes it so easy to collect reviews that I didn't know I was getting them...until I logged in and checked some boxes to be notified. And then there were 100 5-star reviews waiting to be approved. Other than the embarrassment of neglecting that, I'm really happy with this app. It works.
