This app is great for collecting reviews from customers, easy to use automated email which is customisable, and it's great to have them displayed on your site. The tech support is really good ... the quickest support I have found in a long time. Would highly recommend. Chris from chrismcmorrow.net

The customer service replies promptly (within hours) and are ever ready to assist! The app is super intuitive and easy for tech noobs like me and it is full of functions! Firstly, it encourages reviews from customers by auto-sending emails to customers after a certain time period (customizable timeline) upon orders being marked as shipped. (You can even set different timeline for overseas and local customers!) You are able to edit the email's style to fit your branding and offer incentives (discount codes) in return for customer reviews. Customers are able to provide written and/or submit image reviews. The design of the review app fits seamlessly into any store. You are able to feed the reviews you get onto various parts of your website. (I use it for a standalone reviews page but there are other cool ways to use it, as offered by this app!) Also a pretty cool feature they offer is "Checkout Comments." With this, customers get to write why they purchased your products upon completing checkout. (I got answers like "This looks classy" and "Beautiful print.") You can display this information on your products to show positive user impression on your product (and hopefully sell more of those items ;)). All in all, this app is affordable and is great in what it sets out to do, which is displaying and attracting reviews from customers. I love it and would recommend it for anyone looking for a reviews app!

Love this app and the customer service that goes along with it. Its easy to set up with great customization options and a fantastic price compared to other competitors. The only thing I really wish it had was the ability to auto create dynamic coupon codes, but that's not really a complaint just a want

Excellent customer service, onboarding was a breeze. This is not a basic review app, but well thought out and developed.

After experiencing some horrible service from another major reviews company with shady tactics, I switched to Stamped.io a number of years ago. Stamped just rock! Their support (which is a priority over functionality in my mind), is simply better than any other app development team I've ever encountered. Review apps are not cheap, and many of them are over-burdened with too MUCH functionality, and forget that the core part should work perfectly. Thankfully Stamped strike that balance perfectly. I was looking for an app to send automatic review requests to my customers. This app is great, has a lot of good features, it´s super easy to use, you can customize the email template as you wish and it works really well! Amazing customer support, they answered all my questions and fixed minor issues for me immediately! Definitely recommend it!

so far so good! cust service was helpful in setting up the widget's location on the site. already got 3 reviews since installed earlier and love how the new reviews look! pretty cool that we can now show attributes that can help customers choose the right size for them
