Collected Annual Subscription payment (In excess of $1000) on a monthly basis. Very poor communication and am still currently waiting for a response to numerous support tickets and a refund. Such a shame as the app is fantastic. I have referred associates of mine to use the app and am so angry that I have received such poor customer service after being an advocate.

I had the misfortune of having a best-seling product deleted by accident from my store. The customer service at Stamped had all of my reviews back up and appearing on the product page once I had re-created the page. The product works great, it is easy to customize and set up emails and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Stamped.io app would have to be the most important app we have on our busy Shopify store. Reviews are what customers want to see, and this app is easy for us to manage with heaps of features. We can modify our communication when collecting reviews, so customers feel comfortable to leave one. With 4000+ I think that says it all. It's a great tool that lets us easily market our products via social media platforms. Customer support has been the best I have found on dealing with any Shopify apps. Would recommend 100%

The APP works as advertised and the integration with our eCommerce site is definitely great and easy to work on. The support team is always quick to respond when we require any customization and updates. Would most definitely recommend the Stamped.io APP as a review manager system.
