Simple product to use and install, much better priced than Yotpo and the customer service is world-class. It's quick, helpful and they get things fixed quickly if there's ever any issues.

Really user friendly. I actually ordered from another small business owner that was using this and I decided that my business would benefit from it. I can't stress enough how important it is that you guys make the set up very easy. As a small business owner i have enough to juggle. I wouldn't want to spend too much time on configuring an app. Thanks guys for making this easy and useful tool!

Love this app! Recently switched to their Loyalty platform as well and have been pleasantly surprised. Their team was awesome at helping import my customers from my existing loyalty software and installing all of the widget and checkout code into my Shopify theme. Give it a shot.

The app is very easy to manage, their support team response time is super fast whenever I need an update for my widget, thanks to Ivan, Rachelle, and Tommy for their always fast answers. I highly recommend it.

Not only does the app work incredibly, but the customer support was very efficient and helpful. I couldn't get the right codes installed in my theme to show the reviews on the collections pages and home page, and I literally emailed them, and BOOM! Done. Highly recommend.

The in-mail-review feature is awesome, best thing ever to make things easy for your costumer. Looking forward to see how it performs on my shop. Pricing is good, and the free plan for new shops is very welcome. Very impressed with the costumer service. I had a couple of questions and the answers came in minutes and were really helpful. This app is impressive. I had actually installed Yotpo before Stamped.io and they required me to manually enter product IDs and URLs to import reviews from Etsy. With 600 products, I wasn't going to do that. I reached out to Stamped.io and they ensured me the import process was simple and it was! All of the reviews from Etsy synced to the products in my shopify without a problem. I did have some trouble with setting up the DNS records so emails could send from my domain email, but again Stamped.io was so helpful in guiding me on how to enter the CNAME records. Highly recommend.

The best costumer service! Loved everything in the app, Im not tech savy and this app really makes it easy and pain free! Super recommended! Costumer service is super quick and nice, it make it a lot more easier!

Overall a great app! I love that I can customize it to match my brand look and colors. I emailed the customer service to assist me with a couple of things and they were so helpful and responded very quickly! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic 10 out of 10 app. Their customer support team is so helpful and amazing. Other similar apps do not have the ability for customers to give star ratings in the review emails like Stamped do - other apps take customers off to another landing page which decreases conversion rates. I highly recommend this app.

If I could leave 1,000 starts I would! Fantastic support that went above and beyond my expectations. We are moving platforms and had a bunch of reviews that we needed to carry over. The problem was the CSV file from our old platform was missing some of the required information I needed in order import these reviews. Stamped.io gave me great instructions on what I needed, and then I provided them a spreadsheet. They took care of the rest! They imported my reviews and they look amazing! in addition, they built a reviews page for us to have a central place for our customers to see all of our reviews. This was in addition to the reviews already posted in each product. This was a seriously stressful process until I engaged Stamped.io in the process. Fantastic knowledgeable support that really saved me so much! A hug to the entire Stamped.io team!
