I spent a long time researching the different review apps, tried a number of free trials, and Stamped.io was by far the best. From the back-end functionality to the front end design, they are the clear winner. When I was ready to initiate review request emails, I had some complications and needed support. Their customer service team is phenomenal! I got multiple replies in a single day. I am extremely impressed with this company and would highly recommend them!

Everyone should install this app immediately! I regret running our store for 3 years without it. Because of Amazon, reviews are now becoming almost a necessity. You are leaving money on the table without reviews.

Incredible. From the very beginning I have received the best customer service and the product has worked wonders for us! It's only been installed for a little over 24hrs and we have already gotten 3 reviews. Normally we were getting 3 reviews a month so getting that many in less than two days has been amazing. It just goes to show how effective the stamped.io app is. Also, a side note: I interviewed both Stamped.io and Yotpo when doing research for a review app and the customer service from Yotpo was terrible. Not even average just plain bad. They didn't care about me or my questions. I asked for a live demo three times and they never gave me one. They just kept telling me to download the app and try it and then ask questions which is exactly what I didn't want to do. The experience with stamped.io was the complete opposite. Super fast and very friendly customer service, a full live demo showing me how to use all the features of the app, installation was extremely easy and fast and all around just a wonderful stress-free experience. I'm so happy we are working with Stamped.io!

Great support team that will help you implement this painlessly help you install this onto your store, also great features to customize the look and feel of the reviews section so it fits seamlessly into your store. Highly recommended!

Amazing app! Delivers everything it promises, and easy to install. Highly recommend for anyone who just needs a reliable reviews app. Absolutely love the UGC feature. We use it on social and email marketing campaigns. It really drives more sales and revenue, to have social proof and actual customer feedback. LOVE IT

Update on 3/24/21: I still love this App and the customer service is awesome. Christopher was so helpful in creating my carousel feature for my home page. Thanks again :). Original Review: I just installed the app recently so I can comment on increased sales or conversions yet but the customer service so far has been awesome. They helped me set up everything and made the initial process super easy! Always responded quickly with a clear explanation to any of my questions. Look forward to using more of the features :)

This is one of my favourite all-time apps. Reviews and social proofing are critical to your e-commerce game and Stamped does it in a very smart way. I have a very high uptake of reviews from customers without even offering rewards. Also, tech support put many on the Shopify App store to shame. Well done guys!

This is the best reviews app for the money. 100% recommended for any new or existing shop. The automation of emails is critical to organically growing your reviews pool.

I added this app so that my shoppers could leave reviews of their experience and product purchases. Stamped.oi has worked great for that, the format is nice and clean, shoppers are verified as actual customers, and the customer service is great. I recommend this app if you want to be able to add reviews to your site.

Very easy to use and a really powerful addition to our store, as it works seamlessly in the background to build trusted customer reviews. Also, the team were very responsive to a small display change that we needed. Thank you! Always great and fast support from the Stamped.io team and they continue to be available to help when theme updates sometimes cause a display issue :)

The team supporting the installation of the app is very responsive and helpful. They take the time to answer questions and help you troubleshot any issue. The app in itself is much more affordable than the competition and works very well on Shopify. A must-have!
