run... something is always breaking. no chat or phone support. just email. document the issue and send the email. several days later you get an email from them for more screen shots of the problem... rinse and repeat taking weeks to get anything resolved if at all

This app is amazing! You can easily install and use it without any coding required and you can instantly import your order history and start sending review request to your customers.

I am just getting to know this app and how it can best serve my business/customers. So far, I see SO many wonderful opportunities to capture revenue. I was looking for a service that made requesting reviews easy. This does just that! I was able to get 'in email' review requests within minutes!

We switched to a new theme and there was an issue with reviews not showing up. E-mailed Stamped.io and Support team solved the issue promptly. Really satisfied with the quick response. Thank you!

Very good experience, good app and good service. I like the review system they stetted up, quite nice to showing on the front page. Very easy to install and set up for my website.

Really well designed app! I am only using the free plan, had some problems in the way the reviews showed and the customer service was incredible, so helpful and kind. I'll most likely upgrade to a plan in the near future.

I've recently started using the paid option of the app, so far it's exactly what I was hoping for. Had an issue with it not showing at one point (I'd changed my theme and thought it was still integrated but it wasn't) and Alyssa sorted it for me the same day, as well as answered some other questions, which was such a huge help. We've had the app running for a few weeks now, we've got the suite version including the rewards app too. Both were quick and easy to set up, especially with Stamped doing most of the work. They took care of some customisation we needed for us too. Results so far are great, we're getting reviews in faster that include extra beneficial content for other customers to see and help with their purchases too.

Stamped's customer support is outstanding. They reply super fast and usually come up with a great solution

Much better than yotpo. Didnt know this app existed but as soon as i saw left everything i had for the day pending and installed it inmediatly. I thought adapting it for my store´s language was gonna be difficult but it was actually pretty easy. Thank you!

Great App with a lot of great features. Definitely, I recommend this before any other one not only because of the options but because of the Price.

So far so good, we have a great uptake from our customers, the app does everything we want it to and is displayed nicely on page. Responses from the support team have been fast informative and very helpful.

Great app- works smooth, and very happy with customer support. I wanted to change a few fields custom, and they literally helped do it for me and then sent me instructions on how to do it in the future. Highly recommend.
