Horrible. I was on the free plan, they stopped offering it so they want to charge $7.99 for a REVIEW APP. That's too much. I reached out and they said they would honor the free app for me because I had been a customer for so long and now they're going back on their word and removing it, so I'm done and getting another app that doesn't charge you to get reviews.

The application is Great , attractive and practical, and the help service in it is wonderful and has many options, but it needs more development in editing comments

This apps helps lot in sales and increasing customer confident in purchasing. With the well and nice outlook review section, It attracts customer to drop and view the review compare to other simple outlook apps. It can customise the colour and placement to match our needs and our theme. Love it , definitely will continue using this !! Highly Recommended. Best

We wanted our consumers to be able to leave reviews on our products so that it would give the next consumer an idea of the pros and cons about the individual products. This particular app did just that!. It was very simple to navigate and to use. Consumers want convenience and this app added to that as well!

Oriana, was so helpful, Efficient and provided my with professional service. This app with great and I’ve used for about a year now. Easy to use. Have to say it is a bit disappointing that they decided ti start charging with no warning. Not sure how many reviews I have lost but its not great for business. I would like notice for any changes in pricing or if my app isn't working. I think you guys may loose some customers from this change especially jumping up $17

Super easy to install and customize, A+ where it come to tracking customer ratings. It took about 10 minutes to customize and learn most of the features.
