Great free review app with tons of customization. I did end up switching to different review app due to missing manual review request feature, but the app itself is great and the support was fast and attentive.

So far this app is good I have not experience any mishaps and they do the coding for you like as soon as you set up how you want the review to look like and save it then turn it on refresh your site and boom its there on my first time I already have 2 reviews and more to come compared to the ones that I get from my phone. definitely a upgrade. Incredible app!! This was exactly what I was looking for, a free app which lets me add a powerful product review functionality (product ratings, emails asking for review and all products page). great app. took my current reviews that were displayed in a boring fashion and made them come to life. i especially like the email notification to customers after a fullfiled order. this should boost my reviews! Thanks for making this free!!!! and it was so easy to install and configure...

The app is easy to install and looks good. However I find it very strange that the only option is to ask the customer for a review just minutes after the buy. The obvious and a good standard is to be able to ask for a review 10-14 days after the buy so that the customer has been able to actually try the product before we ask for their feedback. Also the customer service is not available in daytime in European countries so you do not always feel that they get back to you.

Easy to set up and easy for customers to use, no locked features, email campaigns. Very nice simple design. The only thing I don’t like is that the Max time you can choose to send an email requesting a review is 1 hr. after they purchase I would prefer to send the request at least 2 weeks out after they have received and have actually been able to use my product. Getting an email 30mins-1hr after they’ve purchased and hoping they remember to review isn’t ideal
