We have this on our other store and now installing on this one. Had one hiccup, but reached out to support and after a day they had me going. Note this was even on a weekend! Can’t beat that for free. Thank you for the app!

I started using it as of yesterday. It's easy to use and I am learning the other functions. Once I have mastered using the app I will add more to my comment. So far its great experience and I really enjoy using it.

I like how it shows on the website. User-friendly so far. If there was a way to correct an accidental like/dislike, that would be great. Otherwise, it's a good app.

Recently discovered that all my settings for email campaigns reverted back to default... so emails were going out to my customers WITHOUT my logo in the header, the way I set it up. I don't even know how many went out like that or how it got set back to default, as I haven't made any changes in months. Additionally, despite setting the "review request" email to go out 72 HOURS after someone places an order, the emails keep going out 30 minutes later, before orders have even shipped. This upsets my customers! I'm not happy with this app. It's easy to set up but it doesn't function properly. I wish I hadn't subscribed for the paid version, it hasn't been worth it.

So far this app has been super easy to use and create with. I like that you can choose to approve low rated reviews before posting so you can plan a response and make sure that the review is fair and buy a paying customer.
