Great free review app with tons of customization. I did end up switching to different review app due to missing manual review request feature, but the app itself is great and the support was fast and attentive.

So far this app is good I have not experience any mishaps and they do the coding for you like as soon as you set up how you want the review to look like and save it then turn it on refresh your site and boom its there on my first time I already have 2 reviews and more to come compared to the ones that I get from my phone. definitely a upgrade. I used this app to help with reviews. Seems to integrate great however some minor bugs in terms of settings of the pop-up review.

I love it. All the way around. It is user-friendly and has all the options that I like. Another great feature is that I can approve or not approve a review, which worked out because I received areview from a person that just wanted to leave a bad comment. I check my sales logs, and the user never purchased a product, so yes, I say again I love this app all the way around

I have been using this app for a while and it's pretty simple to use. Customer Support normally responds within the same day or next day.

Importing with a CSV is a hassle and you'll have to get creative to convert the date and time format to what the app requires. Still, It is a nice app and I liked most of the features BUT...it causes a severe drop in Google page load time score. It does not cause a perceptible load time increase but Google thinks it does. Too bad. I removed it only for that reason.
