Needed something simple and aesthetic and was happy to see that this was a free app to use. Easy interface and customizable colours.

通常の設定で全て日本語に変更できるので、日本のページでも問題なく使えます。 通常で設定できない変更したい部分も、チャットで丁寧に教えてもらいました。 レビュー機能は最低でも写真のアップロードは必要と思っていたので、無料のアプリがあって大満足です。

I like the fact that it was so easy to install and get it running. I wish you could translate all the fields but, hey... it's free and it's pretty awesome already.

Love it allows photos to be uploaded with review, just wish it had an option to rotate them from landscape to portrait. It is fabulous the request to leave a review pops up for returning customers to leave their review, thanks them after they leave their review, and directs shoppers to popular items which hopefully means more conversion sales. Love this app!

we are using this app now for a while. support was really helpful and basically the app does what is says. only excempt is that you need to be aware of the right format for the csv import. besides, all working fine.

This is a beautiful app with all the tools necessary for an easy set up, theme matching style and function.

Its to install, affordable and easy to use. It adds value to my site and will help encourage new buyers to purchase with the reviews on individual items. Customer service was very helpful when I need some guidance on uploaded past reviews (received prior to installing app).

Hey, I bought a new theme about a month ago and ever since this new theme was installed a lot of problems popped up incl. my old review app stopped working and after trying many other apps i was ready to give up until i came across this GEM ! the customer service and tech people served me with joy and removed codes that was hindering my website and made sure everything can run smooth OH an also .. they did all of this in 30 minutes of me asking for help. THUMBS UP :) Customer service 10/10

I'm happy to have found a free review app. But the problem is... you can't fetch your reviews on the Homepage. Basically Its only for product page. You cannot show all reviews at one time on any other page. And the customer support are quick to respond with any questions/query you have.

Great App. Just love it for its easy to use interface. Just what i have been looking for since i have been hunting for a replacement app to replace the Product Reviews app.

It is installed because you can insert pictures. When there are problems, you can get help from the developers and solve the problems. A great free application, recommended!!!!

This app is simple, works great, and looks great too. It's customizable in all the right ways. I'm grateful to have found a free review app like this one where customers can upload pictures.

I woke up to this app not working anymore unless I select a paid plan. I think a prior notice would have been useful and fair to offer users, as it is not fair to block my access to reach the data that my customers shared with my business so far. I would have upgraded without issue if they would have been more transparent and fair about the need to updgrade the app, but now for sure I will install another app. Terrible customer experience and zero proffesionalism
