This is the best review app I could find and trust me I tried ALL of them! The functionality is better than the paid apps I've tried. Even better than the app itself is the product support, the team is open to suggestions and there to help you solve any problems!

This app is awesome! The main advantage it is free and for free gives you so many features regarding reviews! I all of these features, and store become more professional. Want to highlight specifically the work of the support team, they are so gentle, I talked with them a week and they always did their best and accepted even minor fixes which I would like to customize! Incredible app!! This was exactly what I was looking for, a free app which lets me add a powerful product review functionality (product ratings, emails asking for review and all products page). Moreover, the usability is marvelous, this is GOOD QUALITY SOFTWARE. Thanks Autoketing for developing this app. Eternal thanks :)

great app. took my current reviews that were displayed in a boring fashion and made them come to life. i especially like the email notification to customers after a fullfiled order. this should boost my reviews! Thanks for making this free!!!! and it was so easy to install and configure...

This is probably one of the best, if not the best review and rating app on shopify app store. Crazy how its free with more features than most apps that have a monthly payment plan. Thanks guys

The app is easy to install and looks good. However I find it very strange that the only option is to ask the customer for a review just minutes after the buy. The obvious and a good standard is to be able to ask for a review 10-14 days after the buy so that the customer has been able to actually try the product before we ask for their feedback. Also the customer service is not available in daytime in European countries so you do not always feel that they get back to you.

Free and easy to use once you understand the review CSV file format. Good amount of customization too.

Muy Buena app. La utilizo para el rating cumplir el tema de RAting para Google y porque tiene muy buena apariencia y es muy configurable.

Easy to set up and easy for customers to use, no locked features, email campaigns. Very nice simple design. The only thing I don’t like is that the Max time you can choose to send an email requesting a review is 1 hr. after they purchase I would prefer to send the request at least 2 weeks out after they have received and have actually been able to use my product. Getting an email 30mins-1hr after they’ve purchased and hoping they remember to review isn’t ideal
