The Product Reviews app will not send automatic reviews to customers after they make a purchase, however there are a couple of ways you could go about this. One option is to simply amend your order notification template to include a link back to the store encouraging customers to leave a review: https://bit.ly/3c9tAiF. Alternatively, you could consider a different reviews app offered by a third party: https://bit.ly/3wMPlMN. Thank you for sharing your review. To completely uninstall the Product Reviews app, you will need to remove any code that you had originally entered during the installation process. If you go to the Apps section of your Shopify admin and click on Product Reviews, you can then click on Settings and make some changes to how the app looks and behaves. There are sections of the review template you can make required, optional, or hide altogether. You will not have the option to hide all of the form options, but you can decide to hide or make optional the customer's ability to leave their email address, location, and name. I'd recommend checking these settings out and deciding what you think is best. Hey, there. Thank you for sharing this feedback. While you can translate the text for Product Reviews through the app settings; however, the app currently does not offer multilingual support. That being said, I can see how this can be a beneficial feature for many of our merchants, like yourself, and I'd be happy to pass this along as a feature request to our developers. If you wish to fully uninstall the Product Reviews app, there is a button within the app that says "Uninstall snippet from theme" - you can press this to have the app uninstall the code before uninstalling the app. If you've already removed the app, I'd recommend installing it again so you can uninstall the app and its snippets first before deleting the app completely. Hi, there! Thanks for leaving your review and i'm glad to hear you've had a generally positive experience with the app. You can indeed limit the number of reviews from within the app settings. From your Shopify admin, open the Product Reviews app. Then click 'Settings' and scroll down. You'll see the option to edit 'Reviews per page' in the 'Review listing layout' section. If you're seeing your review duplicate on the storefront, there's likely an error with the app's code snippet in your theme's HTML. I would recommend checking your theme's code to make sure you do not have any duplicated coding on your product pages.
