After deleting the code and the app the feature is still shown in a broken way. Not good at all. Hope support will come back to me and fix the issue.

It cannot display on mobile!!! I checked the url on mobile, it haven't load this extension. This problem has existed for many years, no one deal with it.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. It looked so promising. but just didn't work and added code to the bottom of pages where reviews were left. Then i deleted the app and the reviews disappeared, but the "write a review" prompt is still there. NO ONE is helping they all just blame everyone else. Worst customer service ever.

Won’t give me the money I earned through the website. They’re literally holding it hostage. It’s been almost 3 months. Do they expect only company’s to be able to use this app? They’re asking me for financial statements for the company while I only have my personal bank as a starter. I don’t have a house so I can’t give lease papers I don’t have my name on utilities. Why else would I be trying to make something of myself on this website. Shopify expects you to be a functioning adult to use their shit. No Im using your shit because I need help with life lol. Give me my money. I can only give as much as I can. I advise only use this service if you have your own house lol.

Customers could leave reviews, but the actual comments of the reviews would not show up, would just show a 1 next to the stars at the bottom. Contacted support never heard back.

Did you get a chance to remove the code that was added to the bottom of your theme? To resolve this, you simply need to remove the custom coding that was added to your theme. Rate dringend ab! Nach Deinstallation (es gibt mittlerweile wesentlich bessere Apps auch for free) bleiben Code Reste stehen und sind weiterhin sichtbar - aber eben nicht mehr ohne großen Aufwand zu entfernen. Sehr ärgerlich!!

The product seems to be glitchy. It will show the number of stars associated with the review near the product, but when clicking on the link to see the review it says "no reviews yet" rather than showing the review. Please help!

It stopped working. I was able to access you up until about two weeks ago. Now I get an error code: Your browser needs to authenticate Product Reviews Your browser requires apps like Product Reviews to ask you for access to cookies before Shopify can open it for you. I see some else is having the same problem.

This app worked great for a while, but now it has stopped working. Technical support says the issue is at my end - not the case. I can't access the settings or export saved reviews to import to a new product reviews app. Have given up on this one.

This means the app will not work if you are accessing your store in a private or Incognito window, or if you have cookies disabled in your browser. It used to work well but not anymore. New reviews simply don't show off! I expect problems to be fixed ASAP! Reviews are key for an online shop. Shopify please do something, we pay for your service and this is not cheap.

I honestly wanted to believe, that the app for reviews by Shopify would be fine. When you just want reviews on your shop it's easy to use and works, but there I encountered two severe issues. 1st Schema.org data snippets are not provided correct. We use a Shopify OS 2.0 theme. We encountered a mix of incomplete schema data which leads to "warnings" at Google Shopping and Search Console. Even worse, when we uninstalled this app from our shop to give another app a try, it wiped all our metafields data, ALL does nail it, not just the reviews meta data, but also other data we used, which has nothing to do with reviews, plus it wiped the Google Shopping feed data (Categories, Codes, Prices per kg/l). This app should really get a major bug hunt and refresh, for us it caused a lot of work to restore our data. (because our backup app did not backup metafield data)

Is not good for SEO. They don't provide author variable of an review - so that is bad for your schema. I tried to work on with them but with no sense. Looking for another app

I just want to say that whoever created this app could not create it well. There are not enough words on explaining how many days and tries I had just to upload a few reviews. Also, the installation is tremendously difficult because the line codes need to be put in a specific alignment and rows. I have installed multiple apps and worked with them, coding and editing and I have never encountered so many bugs. Even the Shopify Team had to try multiple times to fix the problem and reached to multiple technical assistants. Dissatisfied. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AND DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME!

We have contacted Shopify since this is their app - the app is clearly bugged. It does not work. All other apps we have work perfectly OK and this is the one that keeps showing the 404 and this "Product Reviews needs access to cookies. This lets the app authenticate you by temporarily storing your personal information. Click continue and allow cookies to use the app." Absolutely insane!!! Shopify need to fix this!

Since the error message you're receiving is related to cookies, it's likely doublechecking your browser's cookie settings can help you resolve this. You can confirm that it's a cookies issue by using a different browser to login to your store, and access the application. You'll also want to make sure that you're not using an incognito window or a private browsing window to login to your Shop. The method used to enable cookies is different for all browsers.
