I needed an app that allowed users to apply their own images onto the products that I offer. That is exactly what I am getting here. Easy to use interface and if I need any help the support team has always been able to help me quickly each time

Finally an app with a strong support team! they helped me get this up and running, and even gave me a 45 day trial cuz of COVID-19! So excited to keep on working with them for many years!

Absolutely amazing app, so many customizable options in the app, including custom pricing options ! Its great that there are so many themes to choose from AND they helped me customize the options the customers can use. LOVE this app and LOVE the customer service even more. Shout out to NICK & Rashed! This is the 3rd custom product tool I've used , I can tell from day 1 I am never going to use anything else. GET THIS APP if you want to have complete control of your custom products!

We needed to create a product option that was really complex to implement on but Inkybay made that easier! Whenever we needed support the support team helped us, their live chat feature during my setup process and the support has been awesome compared to some other. Excellent app!

This app allowed me to create a designer tool to let customers customize our product. The interface could be a little easier and the documentation could go more in depth on details, BUT the support is amazing. They quickly responded within a day to take care of all my tweaks and adjustment needs. Highly recommend this company!

Amazing app, very responsive. Best one on the market. Takes patience to learn how to use but the customer service team is extremely responsive and very helpful. HIGHLY recommend inkbay and their team!

estoy decepcionado, pintaba para ser una buena aplicacion, ofrecen 14 dias gratis para probar pero solo me permiten 2 productos, y con los lados de impresion limitados.. es muy poco para poder avaluar el impacto con los clientes, si van a abrir esos dias gratuitos deberian abrirlo completo para poder evaluarlo bien, les aseguro que tendrian mas suscriptores . yo por mi parte lo voy a probar otras app

No, during your 14 days free trial you can try our app with full feature and it will be based on your selected plan for the app. You can upgrade your plan and evaluate it fully during your free trial time. What we can see that you subscribed to our “Starter” plan which comes with 10 custom products and max 2 printing sides per product (This is already showing while you select the plan). You are not limited to 2 products. Also, it seems, you didn’t add any custom product yet to the app to see how it works. Great app. Great support. More videos to learn from on Youtube than others. I like the way it displays tiered pricing.

Ich schreibe die Review auf deutsch, da wir einen Shop in Deutschland betreiben -> print21.de. Die App funktioniert zusammen mit Shopify reibungslos. Die Konfiguration ist einfach, mit etwas HTML Kenntnissen lässt sich das Design individuell anpassen. Eine deutsche Sprachdatei ist auch vorhanden, die sich anpassen lässt. Wenn man Fragen hat, bekommt man beim Support schnelle Hilfe direkt über den Chat oder per E-Mail. Zusammenfassend gesagt, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Ich kann den Designer auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Mein Update nach dem wir die App seit 3 Jahren im Einsatz haben. Der Support ist nach wie vor extrem gut, die App funktioniert reibungslos, es wurde viel verbessert und optimiert. Ich kann diese App immer noch empfehlen.

Many options to customize products and great customer service! Helped me a lot as I am not used to coding. InkyBay also has a lot of tutorial videos on youtube, which makes it more easy to start off with.

Great app, works exactly as they say, it has lots of functions - too many actually if you aks me ( about how many apps you can say that) and the best customer support I've seen in a very long time (not only did they reply immediatly but they resolved everything I asked in a matter of hours). Definitely five stars +!

I'm pleased by the helpfulness J. Alam provided me regarding special customizations and such. The support is incredible, I tried Customify and you guys treated me much better. App features are wonderful, so complete we even had to request disabling some hahaha We are so happy that this app provided us with the solution we needed.

Excellent App which we started using on our site. The amount of options built in to this app far exceeds other similar apps and the support from the developers is super prompt often less than 24hrs!

The support from Rashed and the team is great. The live chat is really a big asset to the app. Tickets are always solved perfectly. For custom products I really recommend this app. Greetings Zelfashion.nl

Best customer Service in the entire world ! Never seen a service provider with such a great customer service and someone you really cares about their customer. Keep doing the great work guys. Would suggest you all to work on the UI design though.
