The Koala Bundles app works perfectly and has been a great addition to my store. Max from support was incredibly helpful — quick responses, clear explanations, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked smoothly. Highly recommend both the app and the support team!

Koala is hands down the best bundling app I’ve used (and I’ve tried plenty). The customization options are unmatched, and the interface is super easy to navigate. The customer-facing UI looks great, and Max was incredibly helpful—quick to respond and made setting up my bundles fast and effortless!

Max was very helpful and did his job quickly , he was able to help me and pointed something out that Shopify had changed, it was nothing actually to do with the koala app , sharp person , thanks again Max

So far this app has been a breath of fresh air in comparison to other apps that offer similar functionality. It worked flawlessly with our theme, discounts were applied without incurring extra charges and the pricing is far more acceptable for our requirements than some of the others. The support offered by Max was effectively an immediate response time and he was able to answer our questions and suggest alternatives. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie. Oi Oi Oi.
