We're gradually switching our sellers to another app. It's very complicated; we can't understand what changes the sellers have made to the products. Reaching customer service is also quite difficult. This is a marketplace app, but they haven't thought about these details.
Thank you for your review. I can verify that all support requests from your store were responded to, including the most recent message, which received a human response within 2 hours, despite being outside our standard business hours. These responses were also read. In addition, our team previously built custom functionality specifically for your store to help track seller product changes, which you confirmed was working well after delivery. While we do our best to support merchants and occasionally build custom solutions, PuppetVendors may not be the right fit for businesses expecting ongoing free custom development and leaving a negative review whenever a feature isn't available. We appreciate the time you spent using the app and wish you success with your future setup.

Do NOT download this app. Your emails goes on to the scammer hotline and you'll receive THOUSANDS of emails to whatever email is attached to your Shopify. I've gotten 1,023 emails 2 days after uninstalling this app and they're not stopping.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about the volume of emails you’re receiving. That’s understandably frustrating. We’ve reviewed our system logs carefully and can confirm that these emails are not coming from PuppetVendors. Our app does not send bulk or marketing emails, does not share or submit merchant email addresses to third parties, and once uninstalled, all access is fully revoked. There is no outgoing email activity from our systems tied to your store. We take security and customer information very seriously, and there is no evidence that PuppetVendors caused or contributed to this issue. Thank you!

We were finding a solution to our multi-vendor consignment business model and after extensive searching, locally and internationally, we found puppet vendor and it was amazing. The functionalities and capabilities regarding multi-vendor solutions given by PV are very exhaustive, ready to be utilize in almost any scenario. But the real value lies in their customer service, both pre and post sale services. They have been very helpful regardless of the issue and most importantly, they listen to the customers' feedback and actually add functionalities on their application just, tailoring to our specific needs (the added functions are also globally and permanently available afterwards). If you are looking for solutions in managing multi-vendor (and) consignment model, this is probably THE one for you! Special shoutout to Mr.Kriang in helping us immensely!

This app is wonderful. If you run a site that has multiple vendors this is the app for you. It has personalized vendor portals where they can upload their own product and set prices and descriptions. It syncs amazing with shopify and is an asset to our business.

This app has been insanely good for us. The features are great, everything works smoothly, and the thing that absolutely blew me away is the customer support. I've NEVER experienced support like this from ANY app or service in my life. They've walked me through things step by step, fixed issues instantly, and even helped with stuff that wasn't technically their responsibility. Impeccable support, seriously. THANK YOU MARTIN!!! It's been such a game changer for us and I honestly can't recommend it enough. If you're considering this app, just get it.

The service is truly amazing - any and every problem I have had (I'm not all that techy) was resolved overnight and they guided me through every step. We migrated all of our inventory from another multivendor platform, and Puppet Vendors has been a huge improvement. Their tech support team has been very responsive and helpful during the transition. Highly recommend.

I wrote to the team expecting updates to the product, received confirmation that it would happen a week or two later. After a series of follow ups and six months of paying for the app, I received nothing. It was very frustrating. That said, once the Puppet team saw my initial review, they provided me with a full refund and offered to try again within a tight deadline (no longer need the service given we had to come up with an alternative). It was a nice response.

Excellent app as well as SUPERB customer service. Began to get a little frustrated due to pricing and some minor hiccups with set up, but customer service was AWESOME! They were able to work out a fair price schedule as well as help me through set up. I couldn't have picked a better service and I would definitely recommend for certain.

The customer support from Martin is absolute A+ which is such an important feature when setting up and maintaining your marketplace. We've only had this app installed for a couple of weeks but it's so user friendly to use & navigate. I can't wait to see where our marketplace journey goes using Puppet Vendors.

I have to say they are incredibly patient. Every time I run into a problem, they always find a way to solve it for me. What impresses me the most is that they even updated the backend, and each change truly moved me. This app is simply amazing.

I simply cant speak more highly of a company ive ever worked with. Martin an the team at puppetvendors have been an intergral park of our setup, preparation and launch. Without them our systems wouldnt have been able to talk to our dispatch systems properly and after a chat with the team they simply set to work; creating a brand new shipping automation that not only saves us time but in the long run is going to potentialy save us thousands of pounds. The communication from the team kept us updated at every step of the way and remained calm even when i was stressing!! They gave me an extension on my subscription as we hadnt launched at the time of starting with them so we didnt incur any costs prelaunch, which we cannot again thank them enough for. From here on in it on and up with the project. The sky literally is the limit now we have the setup we dreamed of. We still have a few tweaks in the pipeline coming from them too as they never stop trying to make our time with them even better. LITERALLY COULD NOT SPEAK HIGHER OF A TEAM - UPDATE 12/11/26 - I cocked something up big time, went and deleted an essential file required to continue the like PV built for me, reported it to the tem there and they worked tirelessly (i mean this we were still up chatting at 2am his time) to get the issue resolved. It now is. We are back to operating strength and its all because of Martin and the team - literally lifesavers! - BEST MVM ON THE MARKETPLACE BY FAR
