The customer support from Martin is absolute A+ which is such an important feature when setting up and maintaining your marketplace. We've only had this app installed for a couple of weeks but it's so user friendly to use & navigate. I can't wait to see where our marketplace journey goes using Puppet Vendors.

I have to say they are incredibly patient. Every time I run into a problem, they always find a way to solve it for me. What impresses me the most is that they even updated the backend, and each change truly moved me. This app is simply amazing.

I simply cant speak more highly of a company ive ever worked with. Martin an the team at puppetvendors have been an intergral park of our setup, preparation and launch. Without them our systems wouldnt have been able to talk to our dispatch systems properly and after a chat with the team they simply set to work; creating a brand new shipping automation that not only saves us time but in the long run is going to potentialy save us thousands of pounds. The communication from the team kept us updated at every step of the way and remained calm even when i was stressing!! They gave me an extension on my subscription as we hadnt launched at the time of starting with them so we didnt incur any costs prelaunch, which we cannot again thank them enough for. From here on in it on and up with the project. The sky literally is the limit now we have the setup we dreamed of. We still have a few tweaks in the pipeline coming from them too as they never stop trying to make our time with them even better. LITERALLY COULD NOT SPEAK HIGHER OF A TEAM - UPDATE 12/11/26 - I cocked something up big time, went and deleted an essential file required to continue the like PV built for me, reported it to the tem there and they worked tirelessly (i mean this we were still up chatting at 2am his time) to get the issue resolved. It now is. We are back to operating strength and its all because of Martin and the team - literally lifesavers! - BEST MVM ON THE MARKETPLACE BY FAR

I started using this app about four months ago. It has significantly changed my business for the better! Keeping track of consignment goods and vendors was all done manually by me via spreadsheets before. Now it's so simple and efficient. I know who to pay, what amount to pay, who and what has already been paid out, all within a few minutes. My consignors love being able to sign in and see what's still in the shop and what's been sold. I would never choose to go back to using so many spreadsheets and so many hours spent checking and double checking, and still making mistakes! I highly recommend this app for any business with consignment goods.

So far so good! I tried a few other apps similar to Puppet Vendors, but this is the easiest/best by far. Every question I've had has been answered fairly quickly and am looking to grow with them!

This app has been WONDERFUL! Communication is GREAT! I am always able to receive quick help via the chat box or set up a zoom call! Customer service receives an A+! The platform is very simple to use! We are a collaborative shop that has 35+ vendors and each of them have expressed that PuppetVendors is their favorite platform to work with! Highly Recommend!!!

So far we have been pleased with the app. it is so nice that we have Martin to work with to help make changes that we need, etc. it is nice that the company is welling to help and take our suggestions. can't wait for a few more of our suggestions to get finished. thx Martin for all of your help

Two weeks in and I am impressed with the app. Working with Martin has been easy and helpful. There are some areas I'd like to see work better for my business model but they are all minor. Overall I recommend this app if you're managing a marketplace with your store.

Disappointing Experience – Usability Issues While the app has potential, it suffers from fundamental usability issues that make it impractical for us to use for most of our vendors. Key Issues: 1. Commission Assignment Visibility o The app allows assigning commissions by percentage or dollar amount per product, but once assigned, product names are truncated to only the first word. o Example: If selling pet products, items like "Dog Bowl," "Dog Leash," and "Dog Collar" all display only as "Dog," making it impossible to distinguish between them. o The only alternative is using SKUs, but this becomes impractical when dealing with hundreds of variant SKUs. 2. Product Search Flaw (Partially Fixed) o Initially, the search feature displayed every product containing the search term, including inactive products, with no way to filter them out. o If the desired product wasn’t in the first set of results, there was no way to select it. o This issue was eventually addressed but was surprising, given the app has been available for years. Overall Experience: We reported the commission assignment issue early in our trial period, yet a month later, it remains unresolved. Additionally, the last update was on March 4th, meaning no progress has been made since our trial ended. This lack of responsiveness is disappointing, and unless improvements are made, I cannot recommend the app. Update 24/03/25: The issue "1.Commission Assignment Visibility" was fixed Friday 21/03 after leaving this review on the 19/03 so now works as one would expect. I have been using this app for a few weeks and have been enjoying it very much. My vendors are finding it very user friendly and straightforward and I have not heard any complaints! On the merchant side it is very easy to understand and use, and integrates seamlessly with the main Shopify site. The cherry on top are the amazing people behind it. I had the pleasure to work with Martin to optimize the app features for my needs and he has been so very helpful and available! He listened to my needs and delivered everything we agreed on in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this app and I can see my business growing with it.
