Amazing app. So many features and relatively easy to use. The customer service is excellent. It's really hard to mess things up on this app.

Martin and the team from Puppet Vendors are absolutely amazing to deal with and very patient in helping a non techy person like myself get the best from their platform. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for their customer support and willingness to work in with me and my business needs. The system itself is also working well and constantly getting even better.

I recently switched to Puppet Vendors from another system. So far, I am LOVING this system. It is so much more "in-tune" with how the Shopify backend functions. Any feedback submitted has been greatly accepted by the Puppet Vendors teams, and support is top notch.

Wow! This is an awesome app and has saved me so much time. Martin and his team from PuppetVendors are truly next level service. They helped me set up the app and always replied so promptly if I had any questions. I cannot recommend this app highly enough. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would..!!

If you wan't to have several vendors on your store and have great overview on their commissions this is the perfect app for you. We use this app to pay out the artists on our store.

The support team is very helpful to resolve issues for us. When there is delay in fix, they refunded for the period. Martin is a very helpful making improvement of their app and system. He actively seek customer feedback for product improvement. Definitely recommend it.

Our business has several specificities. We are a private marketplace, whose sellers are individuals and not properly established commercial stores. This presents us with several challenges from a software point of view that meets the demands of our business model. The customization possibilities offered by Puppet Vendors have made this tool unique in the market and have been fundamental to our business model. Additionally, the quality of the level of support throughout the journey - setup, implementation and ongoing support - is excellent, which makes all the difference.

The most helpful customer support. Very timely. Martin especially has done a wonderful job. His team is constantly developing new features. The product itself is a masterpiece in the making. Don't be afraid to ask questions and really get to know the software. It is very powerful

Puppet Vendor has been a great transition for our store! Not only is it easy to setup but their customer service team is so helpful when you have questions. Understanding PayPal and Stripe's platforms are the most complicated part of the process but Puppet Vendor's platform makes it easy to integrate and payout our brand partners. We love that the brands can also have real time visibility into orders and inventory that consign with us.

UPDATE 11/12: I've been using the app for a few months now and think I may have previously spoke too soon. It is a solid platform but still has some ways to go from a UI/UX perspective for both merchant and vendors. They have not yet spent the time to fully flesh out their UI for 3rd party integrations (shippo, stripe, paypal, etc.) So you'll run into errors messages that display API logs instead of a regular end-users can understand. Then when you reach out, they don't know what the problem is either. I have not yet been able to make any payouts and have sent a laundry list of other concerns. It's just not a feature complete platform yet. I've been using this app for just a few hours, and in a few hours, I've made more progress on configuration vs. 10+ hours it took me to get no where with Webkul MVM. This app has a clean, intuitive, UI/UX that "just makes sense". They don't overload you with configuration options out of the box, which sort of forces you to take smaller steps towards getting you where you want from a functionality standpoint. Then once you get past basic config, you can determine if you want to bring in new features via add ons. Beyond the above, the support has been phenomenal. This app is going places for sure.

initially we have some issues with the App. so i contact the support and they help us every way to fix the issues. overall support is excellent and i will recommend to go with email. overall good experience.

Joel and Martin from Puppet Vendors are very wonderful to work with. I have been working with them for over three years now and they never fail to provide excellent customer service and fair resolutions. They strive to make their customers happy and are good people with a good knowledge of a multi vendor platform. Having looked for many years, finding an inventory management system that provides access to multiple vendors, across various platforms is difficult. Puppet Vendors is a great tool to do this. Over time, they have worked hard to fix any bugs that have emerged and continue to work on further developing the app for new features. I recommend to anyone to use Puppet Vendors.

Puppet Vendors is an exceptional app! The team is incredibly attentive and their support is super responsive. They frequently roll out new features based on user feedback, which is fantastic. The UX/UI is top-notch, making it a breeze to navigate and use. Highly recommend it!

Our business works with artisans and small business owners who sell their products via consignment through our store. Currently, we only operate a physical retail store (webshop is down the line) and I was thrilled when I came across Puppet Vendors as it seemed to be a perfect solution to our "how do we manage consignment vendors with Shopify" problem. This app, while still new and working out a few minor glitches, is amazing. It works exactly how we need, our vendors are happy to be able to access their sales reports online, and I don't know how we ever functioned without it. Support (if you need it) is responsive and actually helpful. I repeat, ACTUALLY HELPFUL! This app was designed with an understanding of consignment needs and it shows. We are able to attribute custom sales to vendors on the back end, make payout adjustments, easily set up commission fee structures and do so many other things that save us so much staff time. FYI -we currently are only using the base product and that alone has made such a huge difference. We plan to add Payouts and Products soon once we have 100% vendor adoption in the vendor portal. If you can make the monthly investment, this app is well worth it.

The issue has been resolved. My experience with Puppet Vendor's multi-vendor marketplace service has been mixed. Initially, the platform was invaluable as we expanded our business and onboarded more vendors. It streamlined our operations, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. However, over the past three weeks, we have faced serious issues. The system has been running very slow, preventing our vendors from accessing the portal and severely hampering our ability to fulfill customer orders promptly. Despite ongoing communication with Puppet Vendor's support team, the problem remains unresolved. Consequently, we are now exploring alternative vendors. While Puppet Vendor has its strengths, any new potential customers should exercise caution, especially if scalability and reliability are critical to their business.
Hi, UPDATE: The issue is now resolved. It was a user error where by the user uploaded logo size that was significantly larger than the dimension suggested by Puppet Vendors causing massive delays in load time. The PV team resized the logo for the user and fixed it. Thank you for your feedback here and sorry to hear that you have been not having the best experience so far. We take these seriously and are in constant communication with your team to resolve them. Some issues may simply take longer than others but they will be resolved. We appreciate the impact this might have caused and apologize for this. Rest assured that a resolution will be released shortly.
