I started using this app about four months ago. It has significantly changed my business for the better! Keeping track of consignment goods and vendors was all done manually by me via spreadsheets before. Now it's so simple and efficient. I know who to pay, what amount to pay, who and what has already been paid out, all within a few minutes. My consignors love being able to sign in and see what's still in the shop and what's been sold. I would never choose to go back to using so many spreadsheets and so many hours spent checking and double checking, and still making mistakes! I highly recommend this app for any business with consignment goods.

So far so good! I tried a few other apps similar to Puppet Vendors, but this is the easiest/best by far. Every question I've had has been answered fairly quickly and am looking to grow with them!

This app has been WONDERFUL! Communication is GREAT! I am always able to receive quick help via the chat box or set up a zoom call! Customer service receives an A+! The platform is very simple to use! We are a collaborative shop that has 35+ vendors and each of them have expressed that PuppetVendors is their favorite platform to work with! Highly Recommend!!!

Two weeks in and I am impressed with the app. Working with Martin has been easy and helpful. There are some areas I'd like to see work better for my business model but they are all minor. Overall I recommend this app if you're managing a marketplace with your store.

I have been using this app for a few weeks and have been enjoying it very much. My vendors are finding it very user friendly and straightforward and I have not heard any complaints! On the merchant side it is very easy to understand and use, and integrates seamlessly with the main Shopify site. The cherry on top are the amazing people behind it. I had the pleasure to work with Martin to optimize the app features for my needs and he has been so very helpful and available! He listened to my needs and delivered everything we agreed on in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this app and I can see my business growing with it. I shopped around for WEEKS for a consignment app knowing all the different features I needed and if this is you.. STOP! This is the app for you! This consignment app has been a life saver for my business. Not only that but customer service has been the absolutely BEST I have ever worked with!

This is exactly what we needed to launch our marketplace at www.cocktaillife.co.uk . We can easily manage our vendors, vendors have a simple dashboard to use and it's simple to payout the money from sales! Martin has been an amazing support and is always on hand to help! I highly recommend using puppetvendors!

After assessing all multi-vendor marketplace apps available to enable that functionality on Shopify, I settled on using Puppet Vendors for my early-stage business purposes. The price is right to start with and will be quite reasonable as we grow, the built-in features are great, and there's a good deal of possibility for customizing the vendor experience. Perhaps most importantly, the team is committed to continually improving the app and are great with support requests. Thanks, Martin, for your help along the way.

I'm very happy with this software. I have a startup consignment shop and I am using this to track my customers inventory and the amount I owe each of them. It's an added bonus that they can log in and see what's sold, what items remain in the store, and details on what they're owed. I have around half of consignors sign up to see their online portal.

Great app so far. Still need to use it a bit more to get a real idea. However its been everything i've been looking for. Great support too! The app is very professional. You get a full on well built structure for your clients to manage their orders and products. The back end is great, from sending emails to clients to allowing them to register.. All good things honestly. Nothing to say so far.

Amazing app. So many features and relatively easy to use. The customer service is excellent. It's really hard to mess things up on this app.
