We went through a very seamless process with PushOwl - demo with Anand and straight into onboarding with Rojen. Everything was well explained and easy to understand. To top it off, the team gave us access to a free upgrade which helps us so much as a new business that's about to launch. We can't wait to see things take off with our business with the help of PushOwl!

Despite the time difference and the volume of work requested to Shreesha, there was no problems at all to be polite and fulfill all my request and even when out of his way to give me advice and options on what will be the best process to improve my needs. Rojen was very helpful, he answered my questions and let me know the feature I am looking for (back in stock notices through email) is in the works and will be available in the coming weeks. I have installed the app for now and we will see how it goes when I launch in a month and set up some campaigns and back in stock automations. I feel confident that I can always get help easily if I need it later. Thanks Rojen!
