We had some trouble. The support team stayed supportive, curious and patient, resolving the problem - not caused by Brevo - in the end. I enjoy working with Brevo!

I've been using Push-owl and it is a simple app with great support. Aritra has been very helpful and is very quick to respond to any query. Push notifications are easy to send and have been a great revenue stream. I would recommend!

I've been in touch with Nayan from the PushOwl team, and he has been absolutely fantastic. Despite reaching out to him with what might seem like minor issues, he has always responded with remarkable patience and efficiency. The entire team has proven to be incredibly helpful. Honestly, I didn’t expect such an outstanding level of customer service-Nayan has truly raised the bar. I’m genuinely impressed and highly recommend the PushOwl app for businesses of all sizes. The dashboard is intuitive, feature-rich, and user-friendly with a clean design. Overall, a great experience-highly recommended!

She helped me with every step, made sure that things worked as intended and was patient enough to hear me out well.. Amazing app, fantastic features, and truly outstanding support! I recently moved to Brevo from Klaviyo, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The platform itself is amazing — it offers powerful features, and what makes it even better is the pricing model. As a small business, being charged based on actual email and web push sends (instead of subscriber count) is a huge plus! What truly stood out for me, though, was the incredible support team. I’m fairly new to email marketing and honestly a bit clueless with the technical stuff — but Brevo made everything feel easy. I had the pleasure of interacting with Sowbagya, and I can’t thank her enough. She was extremely patient, explained everything clearly, and even went the extra mile by handling a few steps from her end to make things smoother for me. Her support was genuine and kind — and left me feeling confident and cared for. I’m genuinely impressed by how responsive and helpful the entire Brevo team has been. Raul from PushOwl provided amazing support. He helped me sync my Brevo subscriber list with Shopify, which was a critical step for getting everything running smoothly. What really stood out was the instant response — I opened the chat and was connected right away. Even after I had to leave the chat, the conversation stayed open for two days, and Raul kept following up to make sure everything was working and confirmed correctly. Super helpful, fast, and reliable support. Definitely appreciate it!
