Not sure if anyone will read this out of 3000 reviews... But GREAT tool and no idea why Shopify doesn't have it built in. Lots of design options and has helped me collect customer info for upsells and other marketing channels.

i rceived fantastic support from Rojen, he has improved my store, helping to install the push notifications, he made the process really simple and he gave great advice on how to improve my store even more. I am now on the Business plan and I couldn't be happier.

I am new to using this app but needed some assistance as I was not seeing the results I had anticipated. Upon speaking with a CSR, Rojen, he was extremely helpful and also found that I had set up my push notices incorrectly, hence, why I was not getting the results. He also offered me a Business free plan to help build my business. I already feel 2024 will be better! I appreciate it that he went above and beyond to assist me! :)

Their support team is very responsive and extremely supportive. They walked me through everything and helped me set up the best Abandoned Cart Push Notification campaign. Next step, they're in touch with me and helping me scale this. Recommended!

We still have to use the app in all its capabilities, but this review is regarding the support given by Rojen. It was outstanding, he was very fast in providing me with information both regarding PushOwl's policies on GDPR/cookies as well as guides on how to extract the most value from the service. He answered all my questions without skipping a beat. He is surely knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
