Fantastic support from Yash! He helped me over the weekend and was incredibly patient and helpful the whole time. It’s rare to get such friendly and dedicated support these days – I’m super happy with the service and really appreciate his effort!

Nayan has been an outstanding support from the very first day he joined the support team for my account. I can only highly recommend him. He is truly on top of his game - always available, always friendly, and always willing to help. PushOwl/Brevo is very lucky to have him!

It's always confusing when a brand merges or is acquired by another but Brevo/PushOwl's support team were super thorough and helpful when transferring our processes over to the new PushOwl platform.

I had an absolutely excellent experience with technical support, thanks to Yash! He was incredibly patient and friendly throughout our conversation, making the whole process easy and stress-free. We’ve been using this platform for the past two years, and it continues to work perfectly for sending emails to our customers both for campaigns and automations. It’s very easy to use and super user-friendly when it comes to designing mailers. Highly recommended!
