Assist customer right away when there is issue with the account verification and marketing platform suspended. It just took them 5 minutes to fix it

Raul has been of tremendous help in aiding my account integration from Brevo. The support from Raul is fast, patient, and beyond humane. (rare in this timeline we currently live in) I hope they never switch to AI bots, that way, my support will remain continuous. And that more people like Raul could exist.

I got help from Raul on Brevo support team to sort out adding an extra user and it was done in seconds. Straight and to the point service delivering what was requested. You can't ask for more.
