I had an issue with connecting my Brevo account to Shopify via the PushOwl/Brevo app, and Harish guided me through the whole process with patience and clear instructions. He not only explained the steps very well but also took the time to ensure that everything was set up correctly. Thanks to his support, my existing Brevo account is now fully integrated with Shopify, and I can continue working with all my campaigns without any problems. Great customer service when I was having an issue with testing and receiving a new email automation. The guidance within the app itself makes things really easy to set up and I like the look of the emails, good design and functionality.
