PushOwl is a true supporter of the Small Business Owner and the Startup Owner who are starting his or her business from nothing. As a fresh startup with nothing yet coming in they gave me privilege access to their "Early Stage Plan" a system that offers Web Push Notifications which is a paid add on at the basic level, totally offered through their "Early Stage Plan" for free in their support of small business owners. Additionally Yash, a customer support representative, after providing me with this privilege service totally free of charge, made sure I understood the part of the system I was most interested in, and provided me with business training material on how I can best grow my business. All valuable information towards the growth of my business, showing that their customer support, and customer service is really more of a partnership service, all totally provided for free for becoming part of the PushOwl Family as a new business owner. For any new businesses looking for Email, or Web Push Marketing this is the provider you want to use.

Piyush provided excellent customer support today! He took the time to clearly explain the connection process between Shopify and Brevo through PushOwl. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. The service was professional and friendly - felt like talking to a friend! Highly recommend Piyush and the PushOwl support team. 5 stars!

Outstanding Service! Yash was so helpful. The whole conversation takes place in my language. Yash took his time to explain everything to me. He stayed with me until it was all perfectly done. Really great, thank you! Now my new shopify shop runs with brevo and push owl is the technical enabler in the background. All data safe and I can work as I was before switching my shop to shopify.

I’ve been really happy with Brevo. The team is always available to answer questions and sort out any issues quickly. They’re prompt and helpful and as a business owner I feel supported. The platform has been great for my business, and I highly recommend it.
