I received excellent support from Raul. I had originally set up Pushowl earlier this year and was looking to upgrade our account so we could manage email marketing as well. He assisted in making sure our Brevo account was fully integrated with Pushowl which allows us to manage all our communications via Pushowl.

Customer service by Harish was phenomenal. As a startup non-profit we need all the help we can get and their Early startup program is just what we need! Can't wait to dive into this software and explore all its functionalities and start seeing sales in our store! Merry Christmas everyone!

We used Brevo PushOwl to connect our new Shopify store with our existing Brevo account. Customer service was amazing when I had questions about the integration, and they took care of the setup seamlessly. Highly recommended - thanks for all your help!

Pour pouvoir mettre en place des mailings automatiques pour les anniversaires, il faut demander au support la synchronisation des metafields de Shopify dans Brevo. Ensuite le champ "anniversaire" n'était pas sélectionnable dans le trigger de l'automatisation, et le technicien support a dû à nouveau le faire pour nous. Le technicien support qui accompagnait le sujet était très sympathique et réactif. Il mérite 5 étoiles ! Mais la synchronisation avec Shopify devrait être automatique...
