A good customer support is the core part of successfull company. Push owl guys are doing wonderful job by addressing customer's complaint attentively. I just installed the app, so I can't say how it works for me yet, but customer service was great. Rojen was very helpful and informative. He walked me through everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. I'm excited to see what the app does for my shop!

Outstanding support! Just finished chatting with Rojen. We installed PushOwl only six days ago and already we have 78 subscribers! :-) We had some questions regarding PushOwl's automated cart abandonment recover and, best of all, PushOwl's automated browse abandonment recovery feature. Rojen was so helpful and polite. He answered all of our questions. He was very thorough in explaining how the automations work and what to expect. It is quite apparent that Rojen and Nayan are fully invested in the success of PushOwls customers like Tippytoad! So far, I thinks we've picked a real winner with PushOwl and expect to see great results down the road, especially with Rojen and Nayan to help us! I would recommend this app to everyone. Rojen especially was of great help to me. Thank you so much Rojen I just started a new business and I was just looking for marketing strategies, Rojen gave me a starting point and he suggested some ideas too. Great guy honestly. His level of customer service is none like I've ever experienced. He was formal but also friendly and kind.

I wasn't sure I wanted a push notification for my business but Shreesha showed me just how beneficial and useful it is and how it has potential to grow my sales. Plus the customer service is even better. Rojan was perhaps the most supportive and helpful person I've come across working with app integrations. You will get top notch service and an easy onboarding process with this app. Push Owl had me set up in minutes.
