We just switched from Klaviyo to Brevo/PushOwl—mainly for price, but also because we were running into some deliverability issues and weren’t getting the support we needed. We haven’t even sent a single email through Brevo yet, but based on the onboarding experience alone, I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Aritra was our onboarding specialist, and hands down, it was the best customer support experience I’ve had in my entire career. He didn’t just help us get set up—he gave me a full crash course on email deliverability and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for success. Oh, by the way, the call was at 2am his time. That level of commitment is rare, and it honestly blew me away. Aritra is an absolute rockstar, and if this is the kind of support Brevo offers, I’m excited for what’s ahead.

I had the wonderful pleasure of getting help from Harish, who guided me through the service and some pretty complex issues regarding importing lists and making sure everything worked before a big launch. Very good app with great features. It works quickly and easily with just a few clicks. The support is especially excellent: Any questions are answered within minutes. They even provide screenshots! The staff (in my case, Yash) is extremely fast and incredibly helpful!
