Brevo is simple to use and has a clear streamlined platform. The support team is great and willing to look into any issue or problem our team encounters. Rojen especially goes above and beyond to try to address the issue though we know there are time differences. Compared to the other email marketing platforms we've tried, Brevo has not disappointed thus far.

So far I have to say the onboarding is great esp. the offer to get 500 extra credits each month for free (Early stage plan) on top of the existing 500 credits that comes with the Basic free plan. Big thanks to Rojen for his great support. Looking forward using the app.

They have excellent customer support. Pallavi is the best representative I've encountered. She promptly answered all my questions, assisted me with the app upgrade, and provided valuable advice. PushOwl is a fantastic app for driving conversions in any online store.

So far great app, it integrates smoothly with Shopify. The things that didn't work out of the box or that I didn't understand at first glance were solved/explained in detail by the support team (Pallavi, Wojciech & Randa thank you!). Suggested app & team!

I love this app, is a must-have for any e-commerce site that is making its first steps with its MKT strategy. Easy to install and configure and moreover, with a superb customer care service. I've been talking to Pallavi and all my questions were promptly responded. I strongly reccomend it!!

Superbe application avec une interface très intuitive. Application facile à utiliser avec plusieurs modèles pour les notifications push. Ce qui est encore plus bien c'est le support qui est très professionnel et réactif. ils sont vraiment à l'écoute pour résoudre tout problème ou nous guider dans l'utilisation des fonctionnalités de l'application. Brevo has been excellent. Rojen provided fantastic customer support. I would recommend switching to their email services. Web Push is also another nice marketing tool to reach your customers!

I love the drag and drop ease of creating new templates, and the variety available. I'm glad I made the switch from Mailchimp. I also appreciate the ease of integration with Shopify. I'm also very impressed with the customer support! I've asked SO MANY questions and Rojen in particular has been so helpful.
