Today I was helped by the customer service team, specifically by Rojer & I have to say they just restored my hope in good customer service, since unfortunately nowadays no one seems to know what they're doing anymore it was definitely a breath of fresh air, I'm super happy to have joined, especially now just because of my one conversation. Truly exceptional service, everyone should sign up. Thanks again Rojer! <3

I had an excellent experience with PushOwl`s customer support team, with Pallavi in particular. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her prompt assistance resolved my issues efficiently. I also find the app itself user-friendly and easy to navigate. Highly recommend !

Push Owl is a fantastic Tool for push messagin. Mow they offer also email, so they went above and beyond. Very useful interface, easy to configure and friendly user experience, it is the ultimate tool for a great MKT strategy. Kudos for the customer support team, they are always ready and keen to lend a hand... fantastic!!

As for the customer service: Rojen really helped me and made me feel welcome to use their application and introduced me to anything. Customer Service Spot on! And for the app: The UI looks smooth and the integration went well. The designing of the notification is simple yet effective as well. I appreciate this. Deserve's a total of 5 stars minimum. I just started using PushOwl and Brevo but already love it. They have great features and whenever I'm not sure about something or need some assistance their staff answers almost immediately and is super friendly. I'm excited to see how great of a help it will be for my business.

We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and needed to install PushOwl to manage our notifications. Having previously used Brevo, we encountered some challenges transitioning to PushOwl. Thankfully, the PushOwl support team, especially Rojen, was incredibly helpful. Rojen responded quickly, was extremely friendly, and addressed all our questions, making the migration to Shopify smooth and almost problem-free. We highly recommend PushOwl for their excellent customer support!

I received a clear overview and detailed look into the possibilities and ease of using PushOwl for marketing of our e-commerce store. I was looking for another option from the email marketing we have been doing for the past 4 years. This appears to be a viable option. And it is the personalized support that is the difference maker. I was never able to get clarity to my questions with the email provided I had before. These are real people answering my questions in real time and with answers that I can understand and put into action immediately. Very pleased, indeed!

A good customer support is the core part of successfull company. Push owl guys are doing wonderful job by addressing customer's complaint attentively. Guys you must try the new email integration tool. It's on our test drive. We are using pushowl tool since year and so far it's meeting our requirement. Good luck pushowl.
