We've tried some other apps earlier, but this one has the most amount of features. To top that- The customer success team is superb too. So friendly, usually quick to respond and sometimes offering actionable advice & tips. Especially, Taransh who gave us clear directions on what's working & how to make it work even better. Also, proactively looking out for us in terms of the correct plan even if it meant downgrading the monthly revenue we brought for the app.

This app is amazing, but nothing is comparable to their customer success team. They are available and ready for you when you need them. Rojen has been extremely helpful, replied in less than 2 minutes, and provided me with many helpful blog posts I can use to further improve my campaigns and notifications.
