Brevo PushOwl: Email,Push,SMS

I've never encountered customer service as warm and comfortable as Pushowl's. Thanks to Rojen! This app is crafted to foster business growth, not exploit it. I eagerly anticipate utilising it to engage subscribers and drive sales conversions in the future!

PushOwl reports heavily inflated revenue using impression-based attribution with a long time window. It often claims sales that were actually generated through other channels like Meta or Google Ads — just because the customer once saw a notification. Only after switching to click-based attribution with a shorter window did I see the real (and much lower) performance. Shopify’s own sales attribution gave a far more accurate picture. If you're a store owner who cares about accurate ROI tracking, I strongly recommend verifying PushOwl performance using Shopify's marketing attribution data before trusting their dashboard. That said, if you don’t care about actual conversions and are mainly focused on impressions, PushOwl can serve that purpose well — just always compare it with your Shopify marketing attribution report, which shows actual sales figures.

So far the support has answered all my questions, I implemented the tool a few days ago, it has been a good experience.

incredible app, but what separates this app from others is their staff and team that arent only helpful but they are patient and genuinely seem to care about your business not just getting a monthly subscription. Pl fix this issue for me. *** 7 out of 10 times, when I try to use this app from Shopify Admin page, it says the page is temporarily down.. I like the app, but what's the use if I can't use it when I need it.
