Rojen is THE BEST EVER! He not only helped me figure out my issue but volunteered so much more information. He gave me advice and steered me to a better path by suggesting I improve the timing of our push notifications and the language we use. Great app and great customer service! Been using it for a few years without many issues. My only word of advice is to be mindful that this is a viable marketing channel for your business. You may be better off investing more in SMS / Email.
