Extremely help customer support. They also upgraded me with bonus extras even though i was on the free plan. Effortless way to gain SMS subscribers and to promote products to them. You've nothing to lose and everything to gain by using this app.

Push notifications work really well and we are experiencing a very good cart abandonment conversion. We need to improve on campaign conversions. Back in stock doesn't seem to work as a browser notification, we may have to upgrade to enterprise to embed the code on our theme.

Just started using PushOwl, So far the customer support has been outstanding! Helped me get set up with a new store program & let me know about a minor error affecting my store that was not related to the app. Just took the time to see if there were any ways to improve and they found one. Haven't had support this great in a while, Thanks a lot Lucio!

The app is a good concept but unfortunately you have to have a lot of traffic and people genuinely interested in your product for them to subscribe. I appreciate the customer service given as well as the attention from the PushOwl team.

I recently installed this app on my Shopify store. While configuring my settings Lucio reached out to see if I had any questions during my app navigation. The customer service he provided far exceeded my expectations during the chat. He walked me through the app and provided some very useful tips for using PushOwl and he even went further into providing some excellent tips on optimizing my website flow. The platform is very easy to navigate and very user-friendly.
