Brevo PushOwl: Email,Push,SMS

Fabian from the Customer Success team was SUPER helpful! So far, I rate this app at 5 stars for my experience up to now. I opened the app for the first time today (taking over for a previous employee), I had no idea what to do with it or where to start so I just began with creating a campaign and navigating myself through it, lucky for me Fabian popped up in my chat to see offer a few tips, I did and we began to chat about my situation (taking over for a previous employee) Fabian was so helpful, he explained in an easy to understand nutshell what PushOwl is, what it does and how it works, he also sent me a few links to help me get started, and gave me a few pointers for successful campaigns. So far the customer service has been great, my only "complaint" would be in the campaign creation process itself, I'm not a fan of having to upload 3 different image sizes for the separate platforms, would be great to at least have an image resizing/cropping option within the Campaign Details window. Also, if there was a "DRAFT" button, I'd like to work on campaigns as I can, rather than have to complete it as soon as I start it.

I use email marketing but many times can go to the spam folder. This APP helps me reach the customers phone screen with the push notifications. The customer support is excellent and I am very happy. So far I am getting extra sales and I am excited to continue seeing my business growing!

This is by far the best customer service i have experienced on any Shopify Third party app. These people will help you with issues that you don't know but may face in future. I had a talk with a guy named "Taransh" he made the process so easy and quick for me that i could not stop myself leaving this review right after the chat with him. If you are confused or hesitant about this app , Go ahead you wont regret the decision.

Great app to make use of to generate lost sales, as well as to make use of for campaigns. Very helpful team, that always goes the extra mile to assist!

Awesome support from Taransh. Helped me find a plan most suitable for our business and making sure integrations were set up correctly.

We are still exploring all the features but so far PushOwl seems quite promising. It feels like the right direction as customers prefer to hand out their emails less, which is safer from a privacy and security perspective. Also, the support from PushOwl has been absolutely top notch.

Finding the app to be working so well on the FREE plan and earned £700 so far. I was kindly offered a 30 free trial by a very helpful guy called Rameez who gave me lots of great advice and tips to get the most out of it and see results. Looking forward to trying it out. Being a small business the trial is much appreciated and the support given.

Really great app. I was happy to find subscribers on the app and I was upgraded to the business plan for free for a year. Taransh was very helpful with my store.

Outstanding support (very!), outstanding app. The abandoned cart push notifications will pay for it 100 times over - because you can give your customers an invitation to complete their cart without them having to give you their email address.

I haven’t really used the app as yet, but the person who helped me set it up for use( and gave me a free year) has been super helpful. I really appreciate the assist. After, I have received results from this apps use, I will be back to leave a concise review. So basically, I’m rating the person who assisted me in setting it up.
