Big thanks to Yash for the amazing support during our migration from Klaviyo to Brevo for our Shopify store! Not only was he incredibly responsive, but he also coordinated with his team to fulfill our requests and solve every issue we encountered with impressive speed. I spent 20 minutes talking to an AI Bot, then a live agent stepped in and addressed my issue within a couple minutes.

so far so good, haven't set up any campaigns yet, but customer support were very help integrating Brevo with the Shopify Pushowl App.
