I'll keep this simple. The service is better, the support staff more knowledgeable (Rameez), the product is easier, the updates are more frequent, the cost of implementation is lower, and the ROAS is higher- than whatever other SMS notification package you were thinking of using with Shopify. We tried all the others, we chose PushOwl.

I am a new Business with shopify and had no idea which of the plans I should get through Pushowl. The support technician helping me was very nice and told me which plan they felt was the best for me. Push owl is an integral app for our shopify store. It allows us to send customers promotional campaigns as well as blog material. Customer service is quick to reach out and let you know if they have found information to help your notifications perform better.
