I'll keep this simple. The service is better, the support staff more knowledgeable (Rameez), the product is easier, the updates are more frequent, the cost of implementation is lower, and the ROAS is higher- than whatever other SMS notification package you were thinking of using with Shopify. We tried all the others, we chose PushOwl.

An intuitive way to stay in touch with customers. It's easy to set up, and then run. It keeps customers informed, and drives incremental revenue. A really useful tool.

Push owl is an integral app for our shopify store. It allows us to send customers promotional campaigns as well as blog material. Customer service is quick to reach out and let you know if they have found information to help your notifications perform better. Overall we have had a great experience and plan on sticking with push owl for a long time. Id recommend!

PushOwl is very easy to use and works super intuitive. Scheduling a campaign is done within 2 minutes. Next to that, I am very impressed with the customer support they're providing. When I have a question, the PushOwl team replies very quickly. I recently logged in to schedule some new campaigns and without asking, someone sent me a message with some easy tips to increase our subscriber list and improve our returning customer rate.
